Its exterior exudes sophistication with a sleek black brushed #304 stainless steel body, while the user-friendly design includes easily removable front and side stainless panels, granting convenient access to the cooling system and controller, simplifying cleaning and maintenance. Furthermore, a removable condenser filter streamlines the cleaning process. Inside, you’ll find two tiers of frosted glass shelves with a robust stainless steel base shelf, enclosed by ITO heated tempered glass on the front, top, and sides, creating an optimal environment for your confections. With the capability to operate smoothly in ambient temperatures up to 32°C at 82% RH, and the option to transform it into an ambient display using its lighting alone, this fridge is equipped with a ventilated cooling system, auto defrost functionality, and an operating temperature range of 2°C to 8°C, making it the perfect solution for preserving and presenting your cakes and pastries.
