Inside, you’ll find two levels of frosted glass shelves with a stainless steel base shelf, all behind ITO heated tempered glass on the front, top, and sides to maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels. This Anvil cake display fridge operates efficiently in an ambient temperature of up to 32°C at 82% RH and can even function as an ambient display by using just its lights. It incorporates a ventilated cooling system, auto defrost, and maintains an operating temperature range of 2°C to 8°C for your confectionary preservation needs.
