Incredibly simple to use, the Apuro rice cooker can quickly produce a massive 23 litres of perfectly fluffy rice from just 10 litres of dry rice - a huge output, perfect for the busiest restaurants and takeaways.
Designed to be user-friendly, the rice maker automatically switches from cooking to heating when each cycle is completed, so there's no danger of food waste or overcooked rice. The lid and body of the unit are both made from strong stainless steel, whilst the inner pot is simple to clean and non-stick - essential for quick cleaning. The size of this rice maker is truly impressive and can create up to 92 portions of rice per load, based on a typical serving of 250ml.
