The Everlasting BCE0004 Blast Chiller & Shock Freezer with a 4 tray capacity boasts a modular single-body construction, featuring insulation with a high-density expanded polyurethane at 42 kg/m3. Internally, it is coated with Stainless Steel AISI 304, while the exterior employs various materials. Stringent safety and hygiene standards guided its design, with rounded interior corners, exterior drainage for condensate liquids, smooth surfaces, and fixed guards on hazardous components. This blast chiller is engineered to excel in temperatures of up to +43°C while maintaining optimal performance.
