The Everlasting BCE2015 Blast Chiller & Shock Freezer with a 15 tray capacity features a modular single-body design with expanded polyurethane insulation at a density of 42 kg/m3, an interior lining of Stainless Steel AISI 304, and an external composition of diverse materials. Its construction prioritizes safety and hygiene, incorporating elements like rounded interior corners, deep-drawn exterior drainage for condensate liquids, smooth surfaces, and fixed safeguards on moving or hazardous components. This blast chiller is expertly crafted to operate efficiently in temperatures as high as +43°C, ensuring optimal performance.
