Internally, it boasts a Stainless Steel AISI 304 lining, while the exterior incorporates various materials. Its design and construction prioritize safety and hygiene, featuring rounded interior corners, deep-drawn exterior drainage for condensate liquids, smooth surfaces, and fixed safeguards on moving or hazardous components. This blast chiller excels in operating under optimal conditions, even in temperatures up to +43°C.
