The Everlasting RPE2790 retarder-proofer cabinet simplify bakery workflow by enabling easy programming of leavening cycles based on desired baking times. This eliminates the need for night shifts, as you can schedule the cabinet to prepare products by morning opening. Additionally, managing closing times is effortless as the leavening process can be delayed while maintaining products at an ideal temperature.

- Supplied with a kit for 406mm x 720mm trays ( 1 per level )
- Must be connected to a 3/4’’ BSP water connection
- R290 refrigerant
- Monoblock refrigerating unit with the internal evaporator for accessibility
- If the unit is in an area with hard water, we recommend installing a water filter to protect the components
