The open pot 25 litre capacity PH55 model delivers high production output in a small footprint, complete with a high efficiency infrared burner. This unit provides a 20% reduction in energy costs.
The powerful infrared burner coupled with the centreline fast action thermostat combine to provide high quality fried food in minimal time without burning oil or adding extra moisture to the food. The open pot design facilitate ease of clean. With no pilots to light, the unit has electronic ignition control via the standard computer controller (requires 240V electrical connection).
