The Azzurro Bakery 2-1 model is configured as a single-deck bakery oven that accommodates 2 x 600 x 400 mm baking trays in each chamber, designed for side-by-side tray insertion. The oven has been ergonomically designed for use in confined spaces and features a liftable door with a rotating ergonomic handle that follows the natural movement of the wrist, ensuring ease of use during operation. Full-width double-glazed glass doors, combined with sealing fiber chamber gaskets, prevent burns and minimize heat loss, enhancing overall performance.
