The Azzurro Bakery is a revolution in the traditional way a standard bakery deck oven operates. Not only is it ideal for a bakery or restaurant that wants to produce its own bakery and patisserie items such as bread, croissant, cookies etc, but much more as It utilises a convection fan for even heating within the chamber. The fan forced operation can be easily switched to a traditional static stone deck bakery operation with the push of a button allowing complete versatility.

Standard with an integrated steam system control, the baker can inject the desired amount of steam into the chamber at any intervals they wish, allowing the perfection of a large variety of delicate bakery items. The Azzurro Bakery is modular and can be stacked up to 3 chambers high. As a professional oven, the Azzurro Bakery series comes complete with a full suite of additional options.

  • Double glazed glass door(s) along with sealing fibre chamber gaskets prevents burn, reduces any heat loss and wastage.
  • Economy switch that saves up to 50% energy when the oven is not in use.
  • Fully constructed in high grade (AISI) 304 stainless steel.
  • Independent control of 2 sections in the 3 tray baking version model allowing the operator to cook with only a part of the oven during off peak times, minimising energy wastage.
