Crafted from high-grade AISI 304 stainless steel, including the baking chamber, the King 4 is fully lined with refractory stone on all interior surfaces—bottom, top, sides, and rear. It features best-in-class 80mm rockwool insulation that minimizes heat loss and optimizes heat retention. The oven reaches 300°C in under 30 minutes and 500°C in less than 60 minutes, making it ideal for high-volume operations.

The King 4 is equipped with a sophisticated digital interface offering nine baking programs and an economy mode that reduces power consumption by up to 50% by adjusting ceiling and floor resistors. Independent top and bottom heating elements, controlled by an energy regulator, allow for precise intensity adjustment from 0-100% without altering chamber temperature, ensuring optimal baking control and consistent results. Additional features include independent chamber lighting and a manual exhaust valve, which helps manage humidity levels and adds to the oven’s versatility. The full-width, double-glazed glass door with sealing fiber gaskets and glass fiber insulation minimizes heat loss and allows for baking with the door open.

The thick refractory ceramic floor of the King 4 is engineered for superior heat retention and performance, complemented by the No Gap Refractory Stone finish that eliminates hard-to-clean areas where flour and cheese might burn.
