With precise digital controls and strong stainless steel construction, the topper is simple to use, clean and maintain. In addition, the powerful refrigeration technology is able to keep food cool even when ambient temperatures reach up to 32°C - perfect for hot summer days or high-pressure professional kitchens. GN pans sold separately.
