Each of the gastronorm compatible drawers can be set as either a fridge or a freezer, giving you the functionality you need to store either frozen or chilled food depending on your requirements. The design also means you've got completely flexible storage, potentially saving space which would otherwise be taken by two separate units.
As each drawer can accommodate two full size 150mm deep GN pans, there's plenty of space for large volumes of ingredients, all easily accessible during a busy service. And as the counter is fitted with castors as standard, it's easy to position and clean round - a great quality professional counter unit.
