And thanks to the GN compatibility (up to 150mm deep), you also have the flexibility to quickly load and access ingredients right where you're working - there's no need to move between stations during a busy prep. The unit itself is constructed from robust stainless steel and is mounted on castors, making it both simple to position and clean.
