The Sirman Drake Man is a manually operated steak tenderizer and stir fry cutter designed for efficiency and ease of use. It boasts a robust construction made from AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to wear. The feeding hopper, with a width of 25 cm, is one of the best in its class, allowing for easy and efficient loading of meat.
This model features AISI 304 blade protection shields and an easily removable and changeable blade assembly, which simplifies maintenance and cleaning. The combs and blade assembly can be removed effortlessly for thorough sanitation. Additionally, the tenderizer includes a switchable handle to accommodate both left- and right-handed operators.
Please note that the cutting blade assembly is not included. The cylinder length is 250 mm, and the loading hopper dimensions are 30 x 250 mm, providing a versatile and user-friendly tool for meat processing.
