The Sirman Sigix A20 is a practical and sturdy automatic tray sealer designed for high efficiency and versatility. Built with a robust stainless steel structure, this machine features a motor-driven sealing plate that is Teflon-coated and guided on four points. This design ensures uniform sealing across the entire surface of the tray.
The Sigix A20 allows for precise control with adjustable sealing temperature and time. Its electronic control system includes tray counting for accurate operation. The machine is equipped with a fully extractable drawer that activates the sealing cycle automatically via a sensor, enhancing user convenience.
Designed to accommodate a range of tray heights, including those used in delicatessens, the Sigix A20 can handle very tall trays. It also includes automatic film cutting for added efficiency. Custom trays and dies can be made to order, ensuring flexibility for various packaging needs.
Optional features for the Sigix A20 include tray lidding film and a selection of standard trays: 137 x 95 mm (height 63 mm), 190 x 137 mm (height 72 mm), 230 x 190 mm (height 65 mm), and 260 x 190 mm (height 65 mm). Custom molds are also available for these standard sizes.
Specifications for the Sigix A20 include a power rating of 600 watts, a power source of 1ph, and a maximum film roll width of 200 mm. The machine can seal trays up to 260 x 190 mm in size.
