The Sirman TC 22 COLORADO meat mincer features robust AISI 304 stainless steel construction, ensuring both durability and a sleek appearance. It is equipped with powerful IP 55 insulated and fan-cooled motors, designed for continuous use and high performance. The mincer’s endless screw motor-reducer operates in an oil-bath, which contributes to its long service life and reliability. Additionally, the motor-reducer includes a double seal for extended, trouble-free operation.
This model offers a convenient no-tools head lock mechanism and a stainless steel mincing head designed for high-yield production. The mincing head is completely removable, making cleaning straightforward and efficient. The TC 22 COLORADO is equipped with IP 54 protected, 24 V controls for safe and reliable operation.
Optional features that are included as standard in the TC22 Colorado include stainless steel IP 67 protected controls for additional durability and special overload protection for single phase machines.
The Standard configuration is single-phase (1100 watts, 1.5 horsepower), which offers an impressive output of up to 300 kg/h. The standard plate size is 4.5 mm in diameter, with additional plate sizes available upon request
