The Sirman TC 32 BUFFALO 4HP is a compact, heavy-duty meat mincer designed for high-performance grinding. It features an exclusive high-output grinding head and is available in both table top and floor-standing configurations, with a variety of optional accessories to suit your needs.

The mincer boasts a stainless steel head with a quick bayonet fitting for easy attachment and removal. Its square feeding neck is optimized for high output, even with pre-minced meat. The TC 32 BUFFALO 4HP is equipped with a waterproof gear box that includes a double sealing system for enhanced durability and reliability.

Operating with a powerful three-phase motor delivering 2,940 watts (4 horsepower), this model handles an impressive output of up to 700 kg/h. It features a standard plate size of 4.5 mm in diameter, with additional plate sizes available upon request. The mincer includes a ventilated motor for continuous operation and IP 67 rated controls with a reverse function for added versatility.

As a standard feature, the TC 32 BUFFALO 4HP is compatible with the FORMAT S system, which provides full control options including a foot pedal and the FORMAT S semi-automatic hamburger attachment. This attachment includes a round fixed mould with a diameter of 100 mm and a height of 14 mm for consistent and efficient hamburger production.
