Featuring armored stainless steel heating elements, the EP series is optimized to handle heat loss from door openings, thanks to its maximum insulation in the oven chambers. This design ensures an excellent balance between consumption and production. The ovens boast simple electromechanical controls, a full stainless steel construction, and thick insulation. The heavy-duty reinforced door further enhances durability and reliability.
