The Sirio 500/1000 is a single-speed floor model dough sheeter featuring dual 1000mm x 500mm belts on each side. These belts can be conveniently folded away when not in use, allowing for compact storage. The Sirio dough sheeters are expertly designed to produce exceptionally thin, wrinkle-free sheets of dough. They feature easily removable scrapers and shielded bearings for optimal efficiency and cleanliness. The digital display shows the set thickness value in real time and the intuitive joystick allow for precise control of dough thickness with minimal effort, enhancing the appearance and taste of pastries and cakes. The rolling direction can be easily reversed using the joystick or food pedal.
